Client Code of Conduct & Service Policy

Fiercely Relentless is committed to delivering professional, safe, and ethical services. To ensure mutual respect and comfort, the following policies apply to all treatments:

✅ Professional Boundaries

• All services, including waxing and massage, are strictly professional.

• Inappropriate language, conduct, or sexual references will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

• I reserve the right to refuse service at any time if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

✅ Hygiene & Preparation

• Please arrive clean, respectful, and on time.

• Personal hygiene is essential for all close-contact treatments.

• Please wear underwear during massages.

• For Infrared Sauna Bag treatment please bring own swimmers.

✅ Consent & Comfort

• Treatments are performed with professional draping techniques to ensure your modesty and comfort.

• Communication is welcome during sessions regarding pressure, sensitivity, or comfort levels — but not of a personal or inappropriate nature.

✅ Booking & Payment

• A deposit of $50 is required to secure bookings deducted off treatment on the day.

• Cancellations outside of 24 hours result in deposit returned to client.

• Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeit of deposit.

• No-shows incur full treatment price unless proof of emergency.

✅ Home Visits & Mobile Services

• For mobile treatments, bookings are accepted at the discretion of the provider. I reserve the right to refuse bookings that are not transparent or aligned with professional expectations.

• Solo practitioners may request ID verification or video consultation prior to confirming new clients for home-based sessions.
